Cantonese Fried Rice

Cantonese style fried rice contains meatball, shrimp and beef. Pan with margarine, aromanya so tasty and delicious

Materials-Materials:
2 tbsp margarine
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 cm ginger, chopped
Stem leaves 1 onion, roughly sliced
100 gr shrimp, peeled
5 pieces of fish meat ball, sliced thin
2 pieces of smoked meat, thinly sliced lengthwise
50 gr frozen pea
300 gr white rice
2 tbsp soy sauce salt
1 tsp salt
1 / 2 tsp pepper powder
2 chicken eggs, make the omelet, sliced thin

How to prepare:


1. Heat to melt margarine, then tumis bawng white and ginger until fragrant.
2. Add spring onion, to poke faded.
3. Enter shrimp and meatball. Aduk to change color.
