Cap cay Fry

Cap cay Fry, typical of Chinese cuisine this is certainly not foreign in our tongue.

Materials-Materials:
1 chicken breast cut thin
200 grams of peeled shrimp
5 grains fish meatball be split 2
5 sheets leaf cabbage
10 strand caisim mustard greens cut-cut
Stem leaves 3 empty cut-cut
1 stem celery leaf cut-cut
3 tomatoes be split 4
1 onion fruit be split 4
2 carrots cut fruit & oblique thin
3 cloves garlic
4 tbs tomato sauce
4 tablespoon sago flour / maizena
Salt secukupnya
Pepper finely secukupnya
Bumbu penyedap appropriate taste

How to prepare:


1. Tumis garlic until fragrant yellow and smelly.
2. Enter the chicken and shrimp at a time, to poke the average half-baked.
3. Add a glass of water.
4. After boiling enter carrots, fish meat ball, and other vegetables.
5. Aduk hold while adding tomato sauce, salt, pepper and spices penyedap.
6. Once it's appropriate taste, enter the liquid sago flour / maizena.
7. Immediately lift out of the fire.
8. Hidangkan while warm.

Note: Cap cay is a delicious order of vegetables, if still restless.
