Corn Balls

Too many oily foods (fry-an) is not recommended. But sometimes the body needs the food tasty and oily.
Moreover maize ball is very delicious and nutritious, and definitely preferred by all family members.

Materials-Materials:
175 grams of flour atta (wheat flour)
75 grams flour besen (mung bean flour)
1 / 2 teaspoon baking soda
1 / 2 tsp turmeric powder
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 tsp pepper powder
2 cm ginger, grated
2 fruit sweet corn, boiled, pipil
2 green chili pieces, pieces, dice 1 / 2 cm
1 stalk celery
100 grams of corn pipil fresh or frozen, is fine with blender
1 tablespoon lemon juice lemon
3 tablespoon fresh yogurt
3 tbs oil, heat oil to fry

How to prepare:

1. Mixed flour atta, besen flour, baking soda, turmeric, salt, pepper, ginger, pipil sweet corn, green pepper, celery. Confused.
2. Add corn, fine, orange juice lemon, and yogurt. Poke average. Enter the oil is hot, poke average.
3. Form dough into a ball, small ball.
4. Fry in hot oil.
5. Serve while warm.
