Fish Without a dislocated Kakap

Lazy to eat fish because of its thorns? quiet recipe just this one spoil you like a fish, but does not want direpotkan with its thorns

Materials-Materials:
600 grams of fish flesh kakap (fillet)
3 tablespoon soy sauce UK KUM Kee Lee
1 tablespoon red wine
2 cm ginger
Salt and pepper secukupnya
Coriander leaves for garnish
Oil secukupnya

Material sauce:
400 ml water
1 / 4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoon sugar
1 / 2 teaspoon seasoning penyedap
1 / 4 teaspoon spice powder ngohiong

How to prepare:


1. Cut the thin-thin meat fish kakap.
2. Ginger dimemarkan.
3. Rendam slices with soy sauce kakap UK, red wine, ginger, salt and pepper secukupnya for about 15 minutes in order to sew.
4. Then fry in hot oil until cooked.

How to Make the sauce kakap:
1. Heat 400 ml water
2. Enter the black pepper powder, spices penyedap, sugar, ngohiong until boiling.
3. Enter kakap fish that have been fried earlier.
4. Poke-poke until evenly mixed and lift.
5. Hidangkan in plates and sheets decorated with a few coriander leaves.
